(Alliance News ) – Poligrafici Printing Spa has announced that today the sale of its entire stake, which amounts to 33 percent, in Rotopress Srl was completed.
The amount of EUR800,000 was the consideration for this transaction and it corresponded to the book value the company held in the stake.
The company stated that the money will be used to rationalize and complete the industrial structure of Poligrafici Printing, bringing it in line with the market’s needs.
The stock of Poligrafici Printing closed unchanged on Monday at EUR0.33 per shares.
