Hybrid Software Group will be showcasing its innovative products that power industrial printing in Hall 8B/45 from September 11th to 14th, 2023. Hybrid Software Group consists six globally recognized brands – HYBRID Software, iC3D, ColorLogic GmbH, Global Graphics Software, Xitron, and Meteor Inkjet.

HYBRID Software’s PACKZ and STEPZ editors for prepress, as well as the CLOUDFLOW modular product workflow suite, will demonstrate innovations for file processing and asset management. Soft proofs and workflow automation are also part of the CLOUDFLOW.
The newest features of PACKZ include Advanced Color: Analyze & Fix for intelligent production estimation, which provides a snapshot of printed artwork under various printing conditions, including different spot color strategies. This feature helps label and packaging manufacturers accurately reproduce brand colours using as few spot colors as possible and, therefore, the lowest cost of production. Content XML, a standard markup language for creating dynamic content, Step and Repeat for complex label production and Packzimizer, an intelligent ganging system for labels including sheet-fed or flexibles, are also recent developments.
CLOUDFLOW’s highlights include the brand-new integration with ColorLogic technology for state-of-the-art spectral color prediction, new flexo plate layout features in Tectonics, and Intelligent Flexo, the surface screening solution for high quality flexo printing across a wide variety of plates and substrates. The launch of Velvet Screening will be demonstrated at Labelexpo. It is the next-generation hybrid AM/FM flexo screening technology. Also, learn about MyCLOUDFLOW.
iC3D Software is a developer of 3D visualisation and rendering solutions. They will be demonstrating Version 9 iC3D Suite. iC3D Software is introducing CLOUDFLOW, a high-volume 3D rendering solution that will close the gap in high-resolution rendering. Booth visitors can see how the new release integrates automated workflows and incorporates cutting-edge technology.
ColorLogic GmbH, leading provider of cutting-edge color management software solutions, will be providing live demonstrations of ColorLogic’s three flagship products: ColorAnt, CoPrA, and ZePrA and how they integrate with PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW.
Global Graphics Software will be presenting live demos of SmartDFE™, the fastest available Digital Front End (DFE) for digital printing of labels and packaging. Also on display will be SmartMedia™, a suite of components that simplifies the process of obtaining the best quality and color output from a digital press. Available with SmartDFE, SmartMedia also controls PrintFlat™ screens and ColorLogic™ colour profiles. SmartMedia packages all the OEM’s reference press settings for each media and ink set into a library of media definitions and enables press operators to easily select the appropriate media and ink set combination without needing specialist knowledge.
Meteor Inkjet will showcase their complete portfolio of industrial inkjet solutions for labels and packaging including the world’s largest range of electronics driving all major industrial inkjet printheads; cutting-edge printhead nozzle status detection and image quality enhancement technologies; software development kits enabling bespoke printers to be built from the ground up; and DropWatcher Systems to support printer OEMs in the design, optimisation and production of inkjet print systems.
Xitron is a developer of Harlequin based Navigator RIPs and workflow products, including Navigator Flexo Suite. This suite includes a powerful workflow automation for flexo printers with Xitron’s Navigator Flexo Suite. It features Xitron’s macOS and Windows compatible client interface and has advanced step-and-repeat capabilities, as well as robust trapping tools. Navigator Flexo with SmartFlexo Screening is configurable to suit the printing conditions. Xitron’s Navigator DFE dynamic Harlequin-based interface for high-speed inkjet digital presses will be demonstrated.
